Warranty Period:

Warranty Principle

1. Favorable service is provided with guarantee card both in and out of warranty;

2. The purchase date of the product is taken as the starting date of warranty. Counted from the manufacturing date, with 60 days in addition, if the purchase date is two months over the manufacturing date.

3. Warranty products cover all the hardware except those expendable, inducement and prefabricated software. If the parts collocated by the distributor appear any problems, it is better to contact the distributor.

4. Overlook has the possession of the changed parts.

Out of warranty:

Warranty exclusions include any of the followings, and additional parts and labor charges will apply if repair is requested:

1. Damage of software because of false operating;

2. Defectiveness caused by grounding of the power system, lightning strike or other power matters;

3. Defectiveness caused by improper usage, like liquid affluxing, external force extrusion and dropping, etc..

4. Damage caused by careless, accident, natural disaster, re-installation, shipping, etc..
